1. Services Offered

We provide social media design services, including but not limited to:

• Social media post designs

• Reels and video editing

• Branding elements for social media

• Custom graphics for advertisements

Our services do not include social media management, content posting, or marketing strategy planning unless explicitly stated.

2. Payments and Pricing

• All payments must be made in full before the commencement of the design work.

• Pricing is subject to change at our discretion; however, any changes will not affect ongoing projects already paid for.

• We offer monthly and quarterly subscription plans. Discounts apply only when the full amount for the term is paid upfront.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your project.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We do not offer refunds once a project has started.

• If you wish to cancel a subscription plan, you must notify us at least 7 days before your renewal date.

• No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of any plan.

4. Design Revisions & Approvals

• Each package includes a limited number of revisions as stated in the plan details.

• Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be chargeable.

• Once a design is approved and finalized, further modifications will be considered a new request and billed separately.

5. Turnaround Time

• The estimated delivery time for designs will be communicated at the beginning of each project.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will inform you accordingly.

• Clients must provide all required content, such as text, images, and brand guidelines, to ensure timely delivery.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, you receive non-exclusive rights to use the designs for your social media marketing.

• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Reselling, redistribution, or modification of the designs without our consent is prohibited.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear instructions, necessary files, and feedback within the specified time.

• We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

• Clients must ensure they have rights to use any third-party content (e.g., images, logos) provided to us.

8. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will not share confidential project details with third parties without your consent.

• However, we may use completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to financial losses, due to the use of our designs.

• We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our designs on your social media platforms.

10. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if a client is found violating our terms.

• Any unethical, illegal, or abusive behavior towards our team may result in immediate service termination.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

• Clients will be notified of significant changes, but it is their responsibility to review the terms periodically.
